The KUMA Meal Plan for week 20 is here. Wow, saying that sounds crazy - I can’t believe we’re already entering the third week of May. This week we’ve amped up the meat and creaminess! As always this meal plan is designed for 2 people. Feel free to add up the ingredients if you want to cook for more people.

Monday: Fresh Burritos

Tuesday: Chicken Lasagna with Spinach

Wednesday: Greek Meatballs with Creamy Curry & Bacon Pasta Salad

Thursday: Spaghetti Bolognese  

Friday: Creamy Mushroom and Chicken Pasta

As mentioned above we’re not playing around when it comes to meatiness and creaminess in this week’s KUMA Meal Plan! We’ve filled up your 5 weekdays with delicious meals. 

The week kicks off Monday where we begin with a delicious and fresh recipe for burritos with spicy meat, veggies and guacamole. Tuesday is one of our personal favorite recipes - the creamy chicken lasagna with spinach in a tomato sauce! YUMMY! Wednesday it’s time to celebrate we’re halfway through the week, and we do that in style with miniature greek meat balls and a side of the creamiest pasta salad with curry and crispy bacon! Thursday it’s time for a classic that’s as easy as it is delicious; spaghetti bolognese. We finish off the week with the easy but oh-so-good-and-creamy mushroom and chicken pasta!

Here you’ll find the detailed grocery list for week 20. As always we offer a highly detailed list with ingredients measured down to the gram. This is to help you utilize any opened ingredients you may already have. Remember to take a look in your kitchen cabinets, fridge, and freezer to check if you have any of the ingredients already. No need to buy a new cucumber if you already have a half in the fridge and that’s al you need. Also, do remember that the KUMA Meal Plan is intended for 2 people.
