KUMA Meal Plan and Grocery List for Week 51

KUMA Meal Plan and Grocery List for Week 51.

The meal plan for week 51 will also be the last one of the year. We don’t make a meal plan for the Christmas days as many have dinner plans of their own with friends and family. We will return with a blast in the new year, though!

We strongly recommend meal planning. It’s a great way to not only make your weekday cooking and grocery shopping easier, but also save time and money! You’ll find yourself making way fewer impulse purchases and depending on the ingredients required in the recipes, sometimes you can opt for the larger packs which tend to be cheaper per lb.

As always the recipes and grocery shopping list is intended for 2 persons but the ingredients can easily be added up if you cook for more people.

KUMA Meal Plan Week 51

Monday: Creamy Mushroom Risotto with Parmesan Chicken

Tuesday: Steak Pasta with Spinach and Sun Dried Tomatoes

Wednesday: Chicken Lasagna with Spinach

Thursday: Christmas Rice Porridge with cinnamon, sugar and butter (Risengrød)

Friday: Wok with Duck Breast

This week’s meal plan begins with a creamy mushroom risotto with chicken, spinach and lots of parmesan. Tuesday you are having a really good pasta dish made with flank steak, spinach, and sun dried tomatoes. One of our favorite pastas at the moment! Wednesday we make our popular chicken lasagna. It’s always such a delicious and easy meal!

Thursday it’s time for a real Scandinavian Christmas classic, rice porridge with cinnamon, sugar, and butter. Many people outside of Scandinavia are not familiar with this one, but it is such a delicious and warming Xmas meal. We finish off the week Friday with a delicious wok with duck breast.

Grocery list for Week 51 KUMA Meal Plan

Here you’ll find the detailed grocery list for week 51. As always we offer a highly detailed list with ingredients measured down to the gram. This is to help you utilize any opened ingredients you may already have. Remember to take a look in your kitchen cabinets, fridge, and freezer to check if you have any of the ingredients already. No need to buy a new cucumber if you already have a half in the fridge and that’s al you need. Also, do remember that the KUMA Meal Plan is intended for 2 people.
