KUMA Meal Plan and Grocery List for Week 46

KUMA Meal Plan and Grocery List for Week 46

Brace yourself for a week full of new and exciting dinners! We’ve come up with a little bit of everything for you, and as always we keep it simple, delicious, and budget-friendly!

We strongly recommend meal planning. It’s a great way to not only make your weekday cooking and grocery shopping easier, but also save time and money! You’ll find yourself making way fewer impulse purchases and depending on the ingredients required in the recipes, sometimes you can opt for the larger packs which tend to be cheaper per lb.

As always the recipes and grocery shopping list is intended for 2 persons but the ingredients can easily be added up if you cook for more people.

KUMA Meal Plan Week 46

Monday: Salmon Pasta Salad in Dill Crème

Tuesday: Pita-Pizza with Serrano Ham and Rucola

Wednesday: Burning Love - A Mashed Potato & Bacon Dream

A delicious and exciting week with a little bit of everything. We kick off Monday with an amazing and creamy pasta salad with salmon and a dill cream. Tuesday we keep it super easy (and fun!) With our pita-pizzas topped with Serrano ham and rucola. You can spend the start of your week looking forward to Wednesday because here we are serving the dish known in Denmark as “Burning Love” - the creamiest and fluffiest mashed potato topped with lots og sautéd onion and crispy bacon. This is food for the soul!

Thursday you are having garlic cheese stuffed chicken breast in Serrano ham wrap with a lovely, fresh side of tabbouleh salad made with pearl spelt, vegetables, and olive oil. We finish the week with a super yummy and creamy mushroom and chicken pasta.
