Monday: Santa Fe Chicken Salad

Tuesday: Vegetarian Bolognese

Wednesday: Leek Pie with Cottage Cheese & Ham

Thursday: Pasta in Tomato Sauce with Chicken

Friday: Potato Pizza with Serrano Ham

 

The week is filled with varied meals. Monday starts easily with a Mexican salad with a delicious and fresh lime dressing. Tuesday is vegetarian with a really tasty vegetarian spaghetti bolognese. Wednesday is pie day as we make an easy and super yummy spring pie with leek, ham and cottage cheese. Thursday we make a pasta dish in tomato sauce with chicken and parsley. Remember to start making your pizza dough Thursday evening because we finish off the week with a true Friday favorite - homemade pizza with potatoes and Serrano ham!
