Ingredients
Marinated chicken:
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
9.88 oz (280 g) chicken breast
Filling:
2 x Romaine lettuce
3.53 oz (100 g) cherry tomato
3.53 oz (100 g) kidney beans
3.53 oz (100 g) corn
1 avocado
1.41 oz (40 g) tortilla chips
0.25 bundle spring onions
Fresh lime dressing:
1 tablespoon olive olie
0.25 bundle fresh cilantro
salt/pepper
2 tablespoons acacia honey
2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions
- Mix spices with oil for the marinade. Add chicken and mix.
- Heat a pan and fry the chicken. Put aside.
- Cut and wash lettuce. Place in the bottom of a bowl. Then add beans and corn.
- Slice avocado, spring onion, and tomatoes and add to the bowl. Now put the chicken on top and sprinkle with crushed tortilla chips.
- Make the dressing by finely chopping cilantro with your KUMA knife. Mix together with remaining ingredients.
- Serve and enjoy.
