The KUMA Meal Plan for week 22 is now ready for you all! As always it is intended for 2 persons but the ingredients can easily be added up if you cook for more people. 


KUMA Meal Plan week 22

Monday: Baked Chicken Breast with Root Vegetables & Avocado Dip

Tuesday: Pasta with Crispy Fried Serrano Ham & Parmesan

Wednesday: Spinach Tortillas with Salmon & Avocado Creme

Thursday: Baked Casserole Rice with Chicken

Friday: Pizza with Parma Ham & Rucola

This week will be filled with delicious and fresh Summer inspired meals. Perfect for the nice weather. Monday we make baked chicken breast with root vegetable fries. Tuesday it’s time for a creamy and yummy pasta dish with fried crispy Serrano ham. Wednesday you’re having homemade spinach tortillas with the most creamy and delicious salmon and avocado creme filling. Thursday you have to prepare the pizza dough for Friday so we’ve planned a super easy meal which is baked rice with chicken. Friday, as promised, is PIZZA TIME! Here we are making a delicious pizza with parma ham, parmesan cheese and rucola. We personally love these Summer inspired meals and hope you will as well.

Here you’ll find the detailed grocery list for week 22. As always we offer a highly detailed list with ingredients measured down to the gram. This is to help you utilize any opened ingredients you may already have. Remember to take a look in your kitchen cabinets, fridge, and freezer to check if you have any of the ingredients already. No need to buy a new cucumber if you already have a half in the fridge and that’s al you need. Also, do remember that the KUMA Meal Plan is intended for 2 people.
