Super easy recipe for delicious, juicy Greek meatballs called Keftedes. These are packed with flavor and juices, and they are perfect for the grill. They are made from minced beef with feta cheese, fresh parsley and sun dried tomatoes. So good! Who doesn’t love an amazing and easy dinner in under 30 minutes?!



1 garlic clove

0.1 oz (25 g) sun dried tomatoes

0.25 bundle fresh parsley

8.82 oz (250 g) minced beef

1 egg

0.13 cups (30 ml) milk

0.53 oz (15 g) oats

1.41 oz (40 g) feta cheese




  1. Grab your KUMA Chef’s Knife and smash garlic before slicing it into fine pieces.
  2. Chop sun dried tomatoes and parsley finely.
  3. In a bowl mix minced beef with egg, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, parsley, salt, pepper, milk, oats, and crumbled feta. If the mixture seems too wet then add some more oats.
  4. Form 4-6 meatballs depending on the size you want. Cook them on the grill or a pan for 5-7 minutes per side.
