To think we’ve already come to week 29 and it’s the middle of the summer. Time really flies! We have prepared a meal plan menu for you that is easy to make and is great for the warm weather.

Monday: Pasta Salad with Peas and Bacon
Tuesday: Salad Bowls with Crispy Panko Chicken
Wednesday: Creamy Potato-Zucchini Soup with Crispy Bacon Bits
Thursday: One Pot Pulled Chicken and Curry with Rice
Friday: Beer Marinated Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Scalloped Potatoes & Tomato Salad with Burrata
This week is full of easy and delicious dinner recipes as you are used to from our weekly meal plans. We begin the menu on Monday with a yummy and creamy pasta salad with crispy bacon and peas. Tuesday we make salad bowls with crispy chicken and a quick homemade dressing. On Wednesday it is time for a true summer soup, namely our delicious and creamy potato-zucchini soup with crispy bacon bits on top.
Thursday you are making our famous one-pot chicken and curry with a side of rice. We finish off the week on Friday with an amazing summer feast when we are having dark beer marinated pork tenderloin with a side of creamy scalloped potatoes and the most amazing tomato salad with burrata cheese and cherry tomatoes.
