Description

Easy and delicious recipe for dark beer marinated pork tenderloin. This is the easiest way to make a juicy and flavor-packed tenderloin for dinner.

Ingredients

7.94 oz (225 g) pork tenderloin

1 tablespoon brown sugar

0.63 cups (1.5 dl) dark beer

1 garlic clove

salt/pepper

Directions

  1. Crush garlic between your cutting board and the side of your KUMA blade. Then use the cross chop technique to chop it into fine pieces.
  2. Mix all ingredients for your marinade in a bowl.
  3. Trim the tenderloin for any parts you don’t want to eat. Then place it in the marinade and let it soak up the flavor in the fridge for 1-3 hours at least. You can even leave it over the night.
  4. When it’s done marinating, preheat the oven to 390 F (200 C).
  5. Heat up a pan with some oil or butter to medium-high and then fry the tenderloin on all sides so it gets some color.
  6. When it has color on all sides, move the tenderloin into an ovensafe casserole.
  7. Cook the tenderloin in the oven for 20-25 minutes. If you have a cooking thermometer you want a core temperature of 143-149 F (62-65 C).
  8. Remove tenderloin from the oven when it’s done cooking and let it rest for 5-10 minutes under some tin foil.
  9. Grab your favorite KUMA kitchen knife and cut the tenderloin into slices. Now it’s ready to eat. Enjoy!

Easy dinner recipe for beer marinated juicy pork tenderloin

Try this beer marinated pork tenderloin if you are looking for inspiration for a new way to cook tenderloin. We actually make a lot of pork tenderloin at home when we have guests over or want something a bit more fancy in the weekend. It’s a great little trick because it’s actually very simple and budget-friendly to make, but it just has that more fancy feel to it. Compared to beef tenderloin, pork is way cheaper and still tastes great.

Your marinate and how you cook the meat is what makes or breaks the meal. For this reason we do recommend using a cooking thermometer to get the right core temperature.

A simple dinner recipe for the the whole family with pork tenderloin

As mentioned above we love making pork tenderloin when we have friends and family over for dinner. Most often we like to stuff it with something such as this amazing 3-Ingredient Tenderloin with Bacon Wrap or our Sun Dried Tomato & Feta Stuffed Tenderloin recipe.

You can also switch it up and make casseroles such as our delicious One-Pot Paprika Tenderloin with Mashed Potatoes recipe, or we have the most hearty Pork Tenderloin with Vegetables in Creamy Paprika Sauce with Potato Celery Mash recipe.

All of these recipes are so good and almost feel like cheating due to the amazing sauces or stuffings we make, so we gave ourselves a challenge; make a straight up plain pork tenderloin with no stuffings, and make it pack a ton of flavor and juice. That’s how we came up with this dark beer marinate.

It might sound like a gimmick but I promise it tastes amazing! The dark beer gets mixed with brown sugar and garlic, turning it into a lovely marinade. It’s a wonderful combination of flavors that are both sweet and sour.
