As we are approaching week 24 and enjoying the early summer we now have a new meal plan and grocery list ready for you. The menu fits the warm sunny weather and is filled with tasty summer dishes with lots of warmth and color.
KUMA Meal Plan week 24
Monday: Greek Bowl with Chicken Steak, Fries and Tzatziki
Tuesday: Creamy Pasta with Zucchini and Serrano
Wednesday: Risotto with Serrano Wrapped Chicken
Thursday: Rigatoni Alla Vodka
Friday: Keftedes (Grilled Greek Meatballs), Tomato Salad with Parmesan and Pine Nuts, and Sesame Potato Wedges
This week’s meal plan has a little bit of everything. We start the menu on Monday with homemade chicken steaks, crispy fries and tzatziki. On Tuesday we are making a creamy pasta with zucchini and crispy Serrano ham. Wednesday it’s time for a smooth risotto with chicken breast wrapped in Serrano. This one is always a big hit!
On Thursday we make a simple vodka pasta that’s full of flavor and lovely consistencies. We finish the week on Friday with a large but easy meal consisting of Greek meatballs on the grill (if you prefer you can make them on the pan just as easily), an amazing tomato salad with roasted pine nuts, and oven-baked sesame potato wedges. This is to help you utilize any opened ingredients you may already have. Remember to take a look in your kitchen cabinets, fridge, and freezer to check if you have any of the ingredients already. No need to buy a new cucumber if you already have a half in the fridge and that’s al you need. Also, do remember that the KUMA Meal Plan is intended for 2 people.
