You'll first want to find your order and locate the order number. You'll have received an order confirmation email in which you can find the required information. Then simply send us a message asking to cancel your order and we will immediately do so.

When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation which contains your tracking information. Here you can see the tracking ID, carrier, and expected arrival date.

If you don't see a confirmation email after having placed an order, please check your spam folder. In rare instances the email will end up there. If your confirmation email isn't in the spam folder either, please contact us and we will help you.
