Prep time: 5 minutes — Cook time: 10 minutes — Total time: 15 minutes — Serving: 2 people (4 pieces)
Recipe for the simplest pizza you can make. We use soft tortillas topped with pizza sauce, Serrano, mozzarella and rucola. Enjoy fresh pizza with a crispy thin crust, lots of fresh toppings, and a whole lot of free time. This is a 6-ingredient, 4-step delicious dinner!
4 soft tortillas
7.05 oz (200 g) pizza sauce
4.41 oz (125 g) fresh mozzarella cheese
1.41 oz (40 g) rucola
4.23 oz (120 g) Serrano ham
1.06 oz (30 g) parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 390 F (200 C). Leave your baking tray inside the oven so it gets nice and hot.
- Place a tortilla on a piece of baking paper. Spread pizza sauce on top of it and then crumble your fresh mozzarella on top. If you want your Serrano crispy, add it to the pizza now. If you are making multiple pizzas (this recipe counts for 4) you could try a couple with crispy Serrano and a couple where you add it fresh in the end).
- Pull the baking paper onto the hot baking tray and bake your pizza for 6-8 minutes until it’s got golden crusts and melted cheese. Then remove from oven and bake the next pizza.
- Place some fresh rucola on top of your finished pizza and add the Serrano ham if you didn’t add it before baking. Top with parmesan cheese and you’re ready to serve. Enjoy!
