Recipe for parsley dressing

A simple and yummy parsley dressing that you can use as a side for salads, dinner dipping sauce, chips, salad bowls, and much more.  We love a good homemade dressing! It’s so fast and easy and tastes fresh and amazing - and you know exactly what’s in it. Considering how few steps and ingredients are required, we’d say that’s definitely worth trying.

When we make dressings we love using creme fraiche. It’s very easy that way and only requires so few ingredients. When you use fresh herbs it makes a huge difference and you really don’t need to add a lot more.

We’ve served this parsley dressing recently with some nice barbecue fresh off the grill. We had grilled chicken, grilled vegetables and this dressing to bind the meal together.

Dressing with parsley

One of our favorite dressings to make is a fresh parsley dressing. The fresh herb adds a lot of flavor. You can also use other herbs such as chives or dill - or you could make a mix consisting of multiple fresh herbs!
