Recipe for One-Pot with chicken and sweet potatoes

A delicious and flavor-packed one-pot recipe with chicken and sweet potatoes. It is perfect for an easy and simple dinner plus it is healthy and cheap to make. It only requires a few ingredients, half an hour of your time, and just 4 steps. We love one-pots for their simplicity and flavor, plus they’re often the type of meals that are great for any leftover vegetables or protein you may already have in the fridge.

This one-pot is super good as it is, but you could for example replace the chicken with turkey or pork in form of a tenderloin or pork chops cut into strips. Sweet potatoes could be replaced by carrots, butternut squash or more bell peppers. The sky is the limit for a one-pot recipe like this, making it super easy, tasty, and budget-friendly dinner that you will love after a busy workday.
