The easiest recipe for a delicious, quick, and healthy dinner salad with tuna mousse. It is super yummy as a nice lunch or a light dinner. The mousse is made with creme fraiche. This is a simple basic recipe for a healthy tuna salad.
9.88 oz (280 g) tuna, canned
5 tablespoons creme fraiche
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1.76 oz (50 g) fresh spinach
1.76 oz (50 g) cherry tomatoes
0.5 red bell pepper
1.06 oz (30 g) frozen edamame beans without pod
0.25 red onion
- Drain tuna from water. Mix ingredients for the tuna mousse.
- Clean lettuce and cut cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, avocado, and red onion to your preference with your KUMA Chef’s Knife. Add them into a bowl along with edamame beans - we like adding the avocado on top.
- Top off with tuna salad scoops and some fresh dill or parsley for garnish if you have it.
