Braised Pork Tenderloin with Orange Sauce recipe

1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp allspice
1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced with your KUMA Chef's Knife
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp grated orange rind
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt, to taste


1. Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and allspice in a small bowl. Dip slices of meat, and make sure to coat both sides.

2. Heat oil in a heavy skillet. Add meat slices and cook until well-browned. Add chicken stock. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, just until meat is very tender.

3. For the sauce, combine sour cream, orange juice, orange rind, Worcestershire sauce, and salt in a small pan. Simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Place pork in a platter and pour sauce on top. Serve hot.
