Monday: Flank Steak and Cherry Tomato Pasta

Tuesday: Avotuna Sandwiches

Wednesday: Greek Meatball Skewers with Greek Salad

Thursday: Creamy Curry Potato Salad & Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken

Friday: Crispy Panko Chicken with Indian Sauce and Rice

This week’s meal plan is full of delicious and easy week night dinners like you are used to from us. We start the week on Monday with a lovely and creamy pasta with flank steak and cherry tomatoes. So yum! Tuesday we make the popular and healthy Avotuna sandwiches with tomatoes and avocado. Wednesday it is time for a wonderful Greek recipe with meatball skewers and Greek salad.

On Thursday we make stuffed chicken with mozzarella cheese and a side of creamy curry potato salad (the best potato salad you can make!). We finish the week on Friday with a lovely Indian dish of crispy chicken, Indian sauce and rice. Amazing meals throughout the week!

Here you’ll find the detailed grocery list for week 31. As always we offer a highly detailed list with ingredients measured down to the gram. This is to help you utilize any opened ingredients you may already have. Remember to take a look in your kitchen cabinets, fridge, and freezer to check if you have any of the ingredients already.
