KUMA offers a 2 Year Limited Warranty which you can upgrade for FREE to 5 years. This warranty is exclusive to sales through KUMA, KUMA Knives, and our authorized resellers. Any purchases made through unauthorized resellers will not fall under this warranty.
KUMA products are fully and perpetually guaranteed against defects in materials and/or craftsmanship. KUMA promises to repair or replace any defective item. If the product is out of production, a product of similar value will be substituted.
Minor imperfections, surface marking as a result of shipping and slight color variations are normal and are not covered by the Limited Warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse or abuse or for purposes other than normal household cooking or failure to adhere to standard use and care instructions. Scratches, stains, discoloration, damage from overheating, or damage from the use of an automatic dishwasher are not covered by this warranty. To get the maximum use from your cookware, use wooden, nylon, heat resistant plastic or silicone utensils and do not put in dishwasher.
If you believe your product to be defective, contact KUMA customer support to initiate a case. Proof of purchase through KUMA, KUMA Knives, or a KUMA authorized reseller, must be presented. KUMA products found to be defective may be returned (postage paid by customer) along with your return address, telephone number, case ID#, and a description of the problem to:
