We hope that those of you on holiday are enjoying your time off! We sure are, but that hasn’t stopped us from preparing a delicious meal plan for your week 30! We have lots of recipes that take you under half an hour in total to finish. This will help you save some time and money that you can then invest into your vacation in other ways.

Monday: Chicken and Rice in Paprika Sauce

Tuesday: Classic Rigatoni Pasta in Tomato Sauce

Wednesday: Pasta Salad Bowl with Homemade Tuna Salad and Avocado

Thursday: Tortellini Pasta Salad with Chicken and Pesto

Friday: Stuffed Sweet Potato With Mexican Filling

This week we are cooking a lot of easy and yummy dinner recipes. We begin on Monday with chicken in paprika sauce served with rice. On Tuesday we make a classic tomato pasta dish. Wednesday it is time for delicious pasta salad bowls with homemade tuna salad, avocado, and more!

On Thursday we make a quick and tasty pasta tortellini salad with chicken, pesto, and vegetables. We finish off on Friday with a yummy “taco” that’s actually a stuffed sweet potato filled up with amazing Mexican ingredients. Enjoy!

Here you’ll find the detailed grocery list for week 30. As always we offer a highly detailed list with ingredients measured down to the gram. This is to help you utilize any opened ingredients you may already have. Remember to take a look in your kitchen cabinets, fridge, and freezer to check if you have any of the ingredients already. No need to buy a new cucumber if you already have a half in the fridge and that’s al you need. Also, do remember that the KUMA Meal Plan is intended for 2 people.
